  • Bullfee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected funds
  • You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions
  • You have sufficient knowledge and experience with cryptocurrency before using the Service
  • Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BULLFEE, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bullfee and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
